Fourth Grade

Welcome 4P students and families! This school year promises to be filled with lots of learning, adventure, and hard work, combined with some fun. I love to have us work on projects as well as the traditional “paperwork”! I love reading chapter books together as well as independently. Our Catholic faith is intertwined in all our subjects and well as our daily lives. How we play and treat one another is just as important as how we pray with one another.

This year we get to take a trip to the mission, see a play, Walk Through California, lead the St. Francis Pet Blessing, put on two masses, and a whole lot of other goodies!

Some of the projects we will create this year are: inventing a game, making book reports, building missions, making volcanoes, just to name a few. Projects give us a chance to learn in a more hands on method. These projects are often done in groups but also alone.

Fourth grade is my favorite grade. I hope this year you find it to be your favorite year also. 4P Rocks!!!!!
